On May 23–24, we at Griffins have the honor of welcoming Asina Luna into our kitchen – an Italian meat institution that, just like us, is featured on the 101 Best Steakhouses list.

Ranked number 58, they’re joining us side by side in our kitchen for two evenings filled with passion, personality, and truly great meat.

Asina Luna is not your traditional steakhouse. They call themselves an elegant way to meat – and rightly so. Rather than a fixed menu, they work in the spirit of omakase: a dining experience where the meal is tailored in close dialogue with the guest.

By the meat counter, the staff guides you through various cuts, cooking methods, and flavor profiles – always with a keen ear and deep respect for the ingredient. The result is a meat journey entirely in a class of its own.

During these two evenings, Asina Luna brings their unique concept to Stockholm and Griffins. In close collaboration with our team, they have crafted a menu that fuses Italian elegance with Griffins’ rustic soul.
